 Wednesdays are supposed to be boring, right? Well, usually they are for me. I don't have much to do in terms of classes, don't have soccer practice. I realize that many people would die to have one day a week that's wide open like my Wednesdays. Not me  I need to stay busy, or I go crazy. This might be my  coping mechanism  for anxiety and stress, and if I sit around and do nothing all day you won't want to be around me.  Going to the gym has been a hobby of mine for a couple years now. It's a good way for me to stay healthy, both mentally and physically. Today I'll be hitting something called a push day . I rotate every day between different muscle groups in my body, just to keep me fresh. This is called  the push pull leg split . After huffing and puffing my way through the gym, it's time to refuel with some  north end . Every single day, no matter what, I get me a breakfast burrito.
